Mike Geltrude Foundation gives Keynote Speech at Penn State University Fundraiser
In January of this year, the foundation was chosen to give the keynote address at the 35th annual Penn State Dance Marathon. The dance marathon is the largest student run philanthropic event in the world and has raised more than $41 million over the past 35 years and has helped thousands of children and families fight pediatric cancer. During the Thon weekend more than 700 students and thousands of supporters test their endurance by dancing, standing or entertaining the crowds for 48 hours straight!! We were truly honored to be a part of this event and our heartfelt thanks is extended to Penn State Senior and Nutley Alumnus Daniel Cocco who was the communications Chairperson for the event. We also wish to congratulate Daniel on being named the overall chairperson for next year's Thon.
